Reception open late to check in after a late flight arrival just before midnight. Very helpful staff ( not so good on directions) but they allowed us to leave our luggage and booked a taxi for us.

The location was perfect for me. Just over 10 minutes walk to the train station. I arrived and left by train so this was perfect for me. The staff are very friendly and relaxed. I arrived very late and was checked in very quickly and helped with my luggage. Reception is 24/7 which was great for me as I checked out at 4:30am to catch an early train. Hotel is in a nice quiet area but also close to major attractions. The room had everything I needed and was clean Bed very comfortable.

The people were very nice and welcoming. They helped us with every need we had. The breakfast was amazing. It was very clean and they did clean the room every day.

Newly refurbished, lobby was clean and comfortable, staff were friendly. Mini Market right beside the hotel which was very convenient for all your needs. Bus and tramline close by the hotel also. Bus station very close by the hotel. Air-conditioning in the room was great as it was 30+ degrees outside and a fridge in the room was a nice surprise to keep drinks and food cold. Overall comfortable and affordable for one night in Naples.

The location it is central near train , bus , metro,frecciarossa . Nearby there is food shop, bread makers and centre activities.the host they where very nice to everyone and i will give maximum points .
